Ellis & Butler Pty Ltd Livestock Sales are operated from the Selling Complex on the Bucketts Way on the southern side of Taree. With a capacity for up to 1500 head the selling complex encompasses 130 selling pens, liveweight scales, enclosed calf selling pens, dairy cattle facilities as well as numerous spelling and weaning paddocks. With a throughput of 50,000 head per year the Manning Regional Livestock Selling Complex is the largest on the Mid North Coast of NSW.

Weekly Fat Sales are conducted every Monday commencing at 8.00 am on the sale of liveweight cattle with bobby calves, pigs, sheep, dairy cattle, weaners and store cattle sold throughout the day.

Store Sales are conducted on a 4 weekly rotation throughout the year normally held on a Friday.

Ellis & Butler Pty Ltd also conduct Plant and Machinery Sales throughout the year at the Regional Selling Complex and Property Clearance Sales are available to be made by appointment with our Auctioneer and are booked throughout the year.

With paddock sales, sale by description and over the hooks sales all available to clients it encompasses the total livestock marketing chain ensuring the best returns available for producers livestock.

With buyers from all the major export and domestic meatworks, local butchers and wholesalers, re-stocker from various parts of NSW, QLD and VIC as well as local competition a strong market is evident all year round.
